“Fitness” used to be my whole life.

I trained (sometimes for hours), lived off meal prep containers and did everything “right” - or at least I thought so.

But underneath my body was stressed out, injury and burn out - never feeling like I’d reach my ‘potential’.

Until I started unlearning all-or-nothing thinking, reconnecting in food that’s always served me and building a system that actually supports my life.

Because these days the gym is only one part of the day
